About Middleton's Aldermanic District 6

Aldermanic District 6 encompasses the following neighborhoods / developments on the north side of Middleton:

• Belle Farm (the new development under construction between Graber Pond and Parmenter Street)

• Middleton Ridge, Misty Valley, and Crane's Nest Condos (east and north of Graber Pond)

• Middleton Hills, including Gardd Parc and Middleton Glen (bounded by Century Avenue, High Road, and Old Creek Road)

• Parkside Heights (the portion north of Donna Drive and east of High Road)

• Pheasant Branch Ridge, Conservancy View, and The Ridges of Pheasant Branch Condos (developments just north of Middleton Hills, between High Road and Pheasant Branch Road)

• Pheasant Crossing (the brand new neighborhood west of High Road, south of Misty Valley)

• Redtail Ridge (under development between High Road and Pheasant Branch Road)

• Spring Hill Estates (only the lots on the north side of Spring Hill Dr.)​
